Refund policy

All products in our store are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@boldbrilliantsun.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and the problem. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for incorrect size ordered by the customer, incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, normal wear and tear, or requests submitted after 14 days from delivery.
