Shipping policy

All products are made to order. Orders are reviewed and accepted after full payment has been successfully collected and confirmed. Production begins only once the order has been accepted.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• United States & Canada: 4–10 business days

• Rest of the world: 6–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order details.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
